 For Cabonline, one of the Nordic region's leading taxi companies, the internal development and maintenance of their core system, TaxiSystem, became a resource-intensive process. This took the focus away from the necessary business development. Finding a reliable partner who could take over responsibility for the system and at the same time integrate with their existing team was a challenge.

SOLUTION

 

Cabonline decided to partner with Strikersoft and include them as part of their development team. Strikersoft took over the responsibility for development and maintenance of TaxiSystem and worked closely with Cabonline's internal resources and product owners. Through this cooperation model, Cabonline was able to free up valuable resources to focus on business development.

RESULT

 

A concrete result of the collaboration between Cabonline and Strikersoft is the introduction of the "picking list" service. This innovative feature enables business travellers to pre-book a taxi before their arrival at Bromma Airport. By following a simple SMS instruction, the traveler can easily take the first available taxi in the queue at the dedicated "pick list" post outside the arrival hall. 

This eliminates the need to look for an assigned taxi and creates a smoother journey for the customer.

This service, which was first launched at Bromma Airport in Stockholm, is not just a local solution. It can be implemented throughout Sweden, both permanently and temporarily.
