Strikersoft continues its collaboration with CGM Sweden following the acquisition of SwipeCare

Stockholm, 20 October 2026 – CompuGroup Medical Sweden AB (CGM) has acquired SwipeCare from Strikersoft AB. The mobile care support solution, already integrated with CGM’s healthcare information system TakeCare, thereby becomes part of CGM’s Swedish product portfolio. Strikersoft will continue to support CGM Sweden with consulting services and technical expertise for the further development of SwipeCare.

A long-standing partnership

Strikersoft and CGM have worked together for many years on SwipeCare and its integration with TakeCare. The collaboration has included technical development, integration into ways of working in healthcare and pilot projects in close dialogue with healthcare providers. Through the acquisition, CGM takes overall responsibility for the product’s further development, while Strikersoft’s technical experience and expertise remain available through the continued collaboration.

SwipeCare is a mobile care support solution that enables healthcare staff to work with patient information directly on an iPad, both in hospitals and in patients’ homes. The solution is integrated with TakeCare and supports, among other things, documentation of medical record entries and vital signs, as well as access to up-to-date patient information.
